One technique for facilitating spiritual progress is to change your name from the Sansaric to a new Spiritual name.

This name must be appropriate to match with the spiritual state you are in.

You don’t have to share that name with anyone; you will only know it and live your life as your spiritual self rather than the Sansaric self.

Anytime you are called by your Sansaric name, you automatically translate it into your spiritual name and continue the conversation.

By doing this, you create a distance from your old self, and its vrttis and vasanas, and start bonding with your new spiritual self.

This can write a new chapter in your spiritual journey.
