What are the five elements that make us?

1. Earth
2. Water
3. Fire
4. Air
5. Space

We ( just like anything else in the universe ) are a product of the permutation and combination of these five elements.

There is nothing else beyond that.

It is interesting and crucial to realize that as you ascend, each element becomes more pervasive than the previous one.

For example –

Earth is static, fixed, doesn’t move, and occupies a finite location.

Water is more pervasive and more fluid. It tends to travel, unlike Earth.

Fire is more pervasive than water because it burns things, and its flames rise.

Air is even more pervasive. By becoming a wind, it can travel thousands of miles.

Space is the most pervasive element, allowing all the other elements to dance within it. Without space, the dance of the other four elements will come to a halt.

These five elements are not under our control and keep coming in and out of our bodies non-stop.
