Sansar is full of opportunities to “know” things, and as we keep going further and further, it will keep giving us more and more opportunities to “know” things ( objects, people, situations ) till the last day of our lives.
If someone chooses to do so, they can even get a PhD in garbage.
There is no dearth of avenues to keep yourself occupied in knowing the Sansar, building your Ego, and impressing each other.
But to a spiritualist, this is like continuing to study in college but never graduating.
Spirituality is not just about keeping yourself occupied with knowing the knowables.
Given enough time and effort, anyone can know the knowable; the difference between two knowers will be quantity, not quality.
Spirituality is about realizing the unknowable’s existence ( where the mind becomes redundant ), which will be qualitatively different.
While on a spiritual path, when you encounter the unknowable, you know that you have reached the limit of your mind ( the knowing entity ), and you will still exist ( without needing the mind ).
That’s when graduation from the college of Sansar happens.
