Why do we seek each other?

Rain and parched land find solace in each other.

Sun and flowers find each other.

Mother and child find completion in each other.

Day and night circle around each other.

Food and hunger crave each other.

Males and females yearn for each other.

The question is why?

We feel incomplete because we ARE incomplete ( as we believe ourselves to be ).

Running towards each other, one another, itself, is a sign of incompleteness.

Ultimately, we all are manifested forms of the same formless consciousness.

We all have only one origin – THE ONE.

So, even if we run for each other, in a very, very, very deep sense, the consciousness within us is running toward the consciousness in others.

Consciousness meeting consciousness is the ultimate union ( if we realize it ).

Only through meditation can we realize this ONENESS within us, which in turn we see in everyone and everything.
