Duality, and How to Transcend it.

Duality, and How to Transcend it.

Duality is deeply embedded within us.

Our concepts, beliefs, etc, are so strong that they prevent us from rising.

For example – between Raam and Raavan, we will call Raam good and Raavan bad.

We fail to realize that Raam would not be Raam without Raavan.

Only by destroying Raavan could Raam define himself; otherwise, nobody would praise Raam.

His actiones against Raavan defined him, and vice versa for Raavan.

Gandhi would not have become Mahatma ( great soul ) without the British empire governing India.

Sansar is dualistic, and it’s perfectly ok.

Duality is needed for the operation of the world.

If everything was good, wheels of sansar will come to a halt.

This realization is hard to come by.

What, we fail to realize is that, Raam and Raavan were fed by the same neutral ( non-definable ) consciousness.

A flower ( good ) or a thorn (bad) are both supplied by the same nourishment from the soil, and so are our both hands supported by the same blood.

Our mistake is that we get stuck in definable entities – Good, Bad, etc.- and keep trying to choose between the two.

Meanwhile, we miss out on Advait.

Accepting the world as is, without dividing it, leads to transcendence.

When witnessed that way, the Sansar becomes an enjoyable dance of life; good and bad, both being a harmonious and divine manifestations of the same consciousness.

So, do not condemn anything or anyone, and do not deify anything or anyone.

This will reduce you thinking process significantly.

Stay in thoughtless silence, and expand it slowly.

The unknowable shunya state is the ultimate divinity.
