India-Pakistan border.

India-Pakistan border.

India-Pakistan border.

Man creates borders, and man’s actions are only extensions of his divisive mind.

Birds living in that area must cross the border every day without recognizing it.

You can experience such divisive tendencies of the mind while meditating.

Mind is the source of duality.

The mind calls the body “me” and divides everything into “inside” and “outside” the body.

But a careful meditation will make you realize that awareness is aware of both, what is happening inside and outside the body.

It is aware of your heartbeats, thoughts, and what is happening outside the body—a car passing, for example.

Awareness gives you a “Birds Eye “ view of life.

Mind is rigid and divisive, but awareness is subtle and transcendental.

It rises above the mind.

If followed carefully, one eventually realizes that duality is only a creation of the mind, not a reality.

Transcending the mind helps one settle in awareness, which is non-divisive, non-dual, Advait.

The Ego is nothing but a byproduct of our false belief in the mind and, consequently, in the duality.

When such tricks of the mind are realized internally, Ego does not stand a chance; it gets pulverized.

A belief is a belief; it can also be unbelieved via diligent meditation.

But we need a higher vision, a vision of the truth, to prove false as false.

Otherwise, our life will become a sad story, being born in a prison ( of Davit) and dying in one.

Mind is your false self, and Advait is your true self.
