More on Beauty.

More on Beauty.

We realized that beauty is an outside projection of our inner desires.

Desire creates the beauty.

Desires simultaneously divide our psyche and the outside world—beautiful, not-so-beautiful, ugly, etc.

A divided mind creates a split world; this is our projection onto the Sansar and our suffering due to the constantly running mind.

After realizing this profound truth, a change happens within us if and when we start withdrawing our desires after proper spiritual sadhana.

As we settle into a steady, homogenous ( uniform ), unwavering consciousness instead of a divided, heterogeneous running mind, a strange state of Samatava (equanimity) establishes within us.

We stop differentiating between beauty and ugliness and stop using beauty as a criterion to divide society.

We realize that our mind is no longer running for outside pleasures anymore, and a state of calmness starts arising within us.

This inner calmness feels strange initially because we have never been so calm in our lives before.

This calmness was always present within; it arose after withdrawing our desires.

Besides beauty, our mind projects outside in many other ways.

We project our borrowed knowledge, unasked-for opinions, advice, judgment about others, etc.

Our gestures reveal only one thing about us: we are divided within, incomplete.

A divided mind ( Ego ) can never be at peace.

There are only two ways to get peace and joy.

Sansar or Samadhi.

Sansar is transient, and Samadhi is perpetual.

The choice is yours.
