The soul is simple.
A blackboard of simplicity is what we were born with.
The complexity of the mind is what we have acquired while treading in Sansar.
Meditation is hard because we believe that complexity is something that’s gonna help us achieve something valuable.
Staying complex and connecting with Godliness are two opposites of each other.
Wisdom lies in realizing that purity of Godliness is our true wealth and the complexity of Sansar an unnecessary burden we foolishly have chosen to walk with.
In simplicity lies the precious nectar of life – peace, tranquility, fearlessness, love, compassion, and friendship for all, and in complexity lies the poisons of life – fear, stress, competition, crookedness, divisiveness, segregation, greed, depression, anger, and anxiety.
And that’s why in meditation there is nothing to learn, it’s all about unlearning what we have learned.
Unlearning is the true learning on the path of spirituality.
