Thought of the Day.
Suppose you equate thought with a spark; overthinking, unstoppable thinking, perpetual thinking of and on behalf of others, etc., is a raging fire, generating excessive mental heat, burning you out, and exhausting your mental energy.
Remaining calm and taking a break from the thoughts by stepping back within conserves this energy, brings coolness to your raging mind, and allows you to experience tremendous peace.
Only in a peaceful state like this can one realize that thoughts are about others, but they exist only because of you.
By becoming aware of this fact and negating both ( you and the others – the duality ), one can transcend into a state of Advait ( non-dual ).
