Vismay ( wonder ) in practice.

Vismay ( wonder ) in practice.

Vismay ( wonder ) opens you up to the higher power within, which is all-encompassing existence itself.

And to live in such a state is to accept the barrage of inflowing events, arguments, and opinions, from the Sansar calmly, without getting involved in them.

For example, someone comes and tells you something wrong about someone.

You have two choices.

1.
Agree with such statements, concur with them, and join the bandwagon of negative discussions, only to pollute your mental arena.

Or

2.
Stay in a state of Vismay ( wonder ) and just say, “Oh, is that so?”

This way, you will prevent yourself from forming an opinion about anyone.

You will stay open and connected with all possibilities ( including one chance that the other person could be wrong).

Forming an opinion is living a closed-end life.

Having no opinions means living an open life, not agreeing with them, and not denying them either.

This happens once you have connected with the formless consciousness within, which by being infinite, opens you up to N number of possibilities.

This leads to a peaceful mind.

Mahavir’s Shyadvaad ( Theory of infinite possibilities) arose exactly from his inner experience.

Mahavir never got into arguments and never tried to force his beliefs onto others.

( He had realized that in a very subtle way, this also is violence ).

Whenever somebody came with a certain opinion, he would say, “Yes, maybe that’s also possible.”

Try this in your daily life.

Slowly, you will realize that you have started becoming peaceful within.
